I try my best to show you what the hero can do despite i don’t have a fancy team.
You just need a proper team setup to do great damage even with least heroes requirements! It may not be the best setup and if you think there is something to improve, feel free to comments and discuss!

I tried it with Corruption 43 by referring to this video, but I can’t beat it.
Could you tell me the detailed settings for each hero?
The specific setup for Inosuke is included in the video, at start of each battle
Inosuke is equipped with Antlers + 3 as shown in the video. With that alone, Inosuke will die in 5 to 6 turns.
So I would like to know about Inosuke’s Crystal / Gear / Enabling. Could you tell me the same settings for other heroes as well?
I think it takes a very delicate balance to beat it like a video.
Ideally Inosuke go full atk build, the better arti is Splendid MSS.
Stone atk/atk, gear 1+3 or 2+0 (no armor and boot for mss), 22322
If you use Splendid MSS, you have to control low hp, use 0/60/0 rune of monster
The rest of team go for dmg / dr buff
